Cancellation and refund conditions for reservations made through Oz Hotels’ official booking channels—ozhotels.com and our call center—vary depending on the selected rate plan.
For prepaid rate plans, cancellation, refund, or price modification is not possible once the reservation is confirmed. During the final step of the booking process, before payment is completed, you are required to check the box confirming that you have read and accepted the “Terms and Conditions.” This confirmation indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms.
For prepaid rate plans, only credit cards with Mastercard “3D Secure” or Visa “Verified by Visa” features and SMS verification are accepted.
Rate Plans
Prepaid Rate Plan: Cancellation, refund, or price modification is not possible once the reservation is confirmed. The full payment is collected at the time of booking. Only credit cards with Mastercard “3D Secure” or Visa “Verified by Visa” features and SMS verification are accepted for this rate plan.
Semi-Flexible Rate: The first night’s amount is charged to your credit card at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid at the hotel upon arrival.
Flexible Rate: For pay-at-hotel reservations, a pre-authorization is made on your credit card to verify its validity, and this amount is released on the same day.
Dynamic Pricing
Dynamic pricing is applied on our official website and call center. Prices are determined based on various criteria such as hotel, stay dates, booking date, room type, number of guests, rate plan, guest’s country of origin, IP address, and occupancy levels. Prices may change until the reservation is confirmed.
Generally, earlier bookings offer more advantageous rates. In rare cases, limited availability may result in lower prices closer to the arrival date.
Pricing on our website and call center is determined based on the user’s location and is displayed in the relevant country’s currency. Our reservation systems automatically detect the user’s country via IP address or phone number and assign the appropriate market-based pricing and currency.
Prices may vary depending on exchange rate fluctuations and country-specific pricing policies. If guests check in from a country different from the one identified during booking, price differences may occur due to exchange rate variations. Any resulting difference may be charged at the hotel upon arrival.
Child Policy
Child pricing is calculated based on age and may vary accordingly. During the reservation process, children’s ages must be entered according to their age on the check-in date.
Identity verification is required at check-in. In case of discrepancies between the declared age and the ID, additional charges may apply.
Airport Transfer Information
Airport transfers that have been paid for are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
Airport transfer service can be added to prepaid or semi-flexible rate plans for an additional charge. Prices may vary depending on the number of passengers and selected transfer options.
Transfer service cannot be added to pay-at-hotel rate plans.
One-way or round-trip transfers are provided only between the hotel and Antalya International Airport (AYT). Transfers to other hotels or airports are not available.
Oz Hotels provides airport transfer services offered through its official website via a third-party provider.
After the reservation is confirmed, the transfer process is organized based on the flight details provided by the reservation holder.
In case of flight changes, cancellations, or delays, guests are required to inform Oz Hotels. Oz Hotels cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such situations.
For arrival transfers, guests are welcomed at Antalya Airport (International or Domestic Arrivals terminal) with a sign bearing the passenger’s name.
Transfer service cannot be added for reservations with same-day or next-day check-in.
