Oz Hotels reserves the right to modify and implement all hotel rules, reservation conditions, and operational procedures at any time. All guests staying at our properties are required to comply with the established rules. In case of non-compliance, Oz Hotels reserves the right to contact law enforcement authorities and initiate legal action if deemed necessary.
Reservation and Pricing
Room rates and conditions are determined based on the information provided by guests during the reservation process. In case of discrepancies or incorrect information at check-in, additional charges may apply.
Once the reservation is confirmed, no price changes will be made.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Service content may vary between summer and winter seasons across our properties.
Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
All guests are required to present valid identification at check-in.
General Hotel Rules
Pets are not allowed.
Honeymoon couples may be required to present proof of marriage date upon check-in.
Piers and all outdoor services are subject to weather conditions.
Our properties include both family-friendly and adults-only areas.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and all indoor areas; designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Entry to the main restaurant and à la carte restaurants with slippers, shorts, or sleeveless shirts is not permitted.
Guests must comply with the usage rules of the aquapark, pools, and activity areas. Children are under the responsibility of their families in these areas.
Alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18.
Alcoholic beverages are not served by the bottle or during breakfast hours.
Beverage service in restaurants and bars may be provided at the table or via self-service.
For security reasons, wristbands provided at check-in must be worn throughout the stay.
Credit Card and Security
In case of inconsistencies or suspicious activity related to credit card details, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally.
À la Carte Restaurant Usage
At Oz Hotels Side Premium, Oz Hotels İncekum Beach Resort, and Oz Hotels Sui Resort, guests staying 7 nights or more are entitled to one complimentary use of the à la carte restaurants during their stay. Reservation is required.
Children and Special Services
Except for Wind of Çeşme, children aged 4–12 are admitted to the mini club at specified hours, where group activities are organized.
Babysitting service is available only at Oz Hotels Side Premium.
At Oz Hotels Side Premium and Oz Hotels İncekum Beach Resort, strollers can be rented from the reception at an additional charge.
Wheelchairs can be provided upon request through the doctor’s office at an additional charge.
Membership and Benefits Policy
Member-exclusive discounts are personal and non-transferable.
For member reservations, guest details are verified at check-in. If the member is not among the staying guests, additional charges may apply.
Member-exclusive rates and benefits are valid only for reservations made through our official website or call center.
Force Majeure
In cases of overbooking, renovation, or unforeseen circumstances, Oz Hotels reserves the right to:
Provide alternative accommodation of equal category in the same region under the same reservation conditions,
Offer complimentary transfer to the alternative property without additional charge.
In such cases, Oz Hotels cannot be held legally responsible and no compensation claims shall arise.
