Oz Hotels Payment & Cancellation Policies
You can make your reservations quickly and easily through the Oz Hotels official website or call center. By choosing the most suitable option among the payment methods and flexibility alternatives listed below, you can complete your reservation with ease.
If your travel dates are confirmed, you can choose the “Prepaid Rate”;
if your dates are not yet final but you would like to secure your stay, the “Semi-Flexible Rate”;
and for guests who wish to benefit from early booking advantages without fixed plans, the “Flexible Rate” option is available.
1- Prepaid Rate
This is the most advantageous rate option available on our website. The total amount is charged at the time of booking. Once the reservation is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed, and no refunds are provided. In case of no-show, the full amount will be considered as a penalty.
2- Semi-Flexible Rate
This rate is higher than the prepaid rate. Only the first night’s amount is charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is paid at the hotel upon arrival. In case of cancellation, the first night is non-refundable. Changes can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of modification, current rates and conditions will apply.
3- Flexible Rate
This is the highest rate option available on our website. Credit card details are required during booking, but no prepayment is taken. The total amount is paid at the hotel upon arrival. Cancellations or changes can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged.
Payment Options
For reservations made via our website, online payment can be completed using Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
For reservations made through our call center, online payment can be completed via the payment link sent to you. Alternatively, payment by bank transfer is also available.
No one will ever ask you for your credit card details. Please do not share your credit card information with anyone.
Important Note
For payments made with Visa or MasterCard, your card must be enabled for international, online, and mail-order transactions and must support 3D Secure authentication. For more information, please contact your bank.
For payments made via bank transfer, the details provided in your temporary reservation confirmation sent to your email address must be used. The accuracy and responsibility of the information provided during the reservation process belong to the reservation holder.
